We are seeking highly motivated physicists, mathematicians, computer scientists, and PhD students to join our team.

In this role, you will assist in developing optimization strategies and implementing novel mechanisms, involving a mix of research and development. You will collaborate with experienced veterans in the field, contributing to our protocol and our MEV agents.

You'd be a good fit if you have some of the following:

• A Master's degree, a PhD, or are a PhD candidate in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• A background in Rust development or high-performance systems work, or are highly willing to learn quickly.
• An understanding of DeFi or TradFi and arbitrage strategies, or are highly willing to learn quickly (bonus points if you have built searchers before).
• Comfortable with scripting languages such as TypeScript or Python.
• Experience building robust and scalable distributed systems.
• An understanding of networking protocols and network topology optimization.
• A deep understanding of the fundamental principles of integrity, kindness, privacy, personal freedom, and true meritocracy. Plus, you abide by our values.
